Change of mind policy
We happily provide a Store credit voucher on full priced and sale items (excluding sale periods or and final sale marked items) purchased within a 14-day period from the day of delivery.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
The items need to be returned in original condition.
Please note that each item is individually assessed by our staff prior to packaging, if you choose to return the item shipping is at own cost to buyer.
Please submit your return request within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Return Conditions
Please be careful when trying on your items not to mark them with makeup, fake tan, deodorant or perfumes as we will not provide a store exchange or credit if the above occurs.
All items must be returned
-In original condition as received
-With original tags attached
-Unwashed, unworn, unstained and unperfumed.
If a return is received that does not comply with the above terms it will not be accepted. These packages may be returned to you with a $10 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost.
Refund policy
Refunds will only be provided if the product is deemed faulty at time of delivery and cannot be replaced. We do not provide a refund for incorrect size.
Customers must make the return within 14 days.
Returns Not Accepted
Items purchased through promotional sale periods, coupon codes and final sale items will not be eligible for return.
Faulty Item/s
At White haven we thoroughly check each item before being shipped out to you. In the rare occasion that there is a manufacturing fault we will provide a refund for items that are deemed faulty at the time of delivery.
Delivery Conditions and Returns
- White Haven is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. If details are incorrect this may cause parcels to become lost or delayed. Please check all details are correct before completing your order.
- Customers are supplied with tracking information once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- International customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes prior to their order being released for the final delivery stage. This charge is the customer’s responsibility and operates independently from White Haven. Should a package be refused by the customer, or duties and taxes unpaid, it will be Returned to Sender, accrue fees, and will not be eligible for store credits/refunds.
- If a parcel is unclaimed at the Post Office or mailed back as a 'Return to Sender' customers will incur a $10 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost. If no response has been received by the customer a store credit will be issues minus a $10 Return to Stock fee.
