Delivery Conditions and Returns
- White Haven is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. If details are incorrect this may cause parcels to become lost or delayed. Please check all details are correct before completing your order.
- Customers are supplied with tracking information once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- International customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes prior to their order being released for the final delivery stage. This charge is the customer’s responsibility and operates independently from White Haven. Should a package be refused by the customer, customs, or duties and taxes unpaid, it will be Returned to Sender, accrue fees, and will not be eligible for store credits/refunds.
- If a parcel is unclaimed at the Post Office or mailed back as a 'Return to Sender' customers will incur a $10 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost. If no response has been received by the customer a store credit will be issues minus a $10 Return to Stock fee.
