Change of mind policy
We happily provide a Store credit voucher on full priced and sale items (excluding sale periods, coupon codes and final sale) purchased within a 14-day period from the day of delivery.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
The items need to be returned in original condition along with the return form provided by White Haven.
Please submit your return request within 14 days of delivery of your order.
We will provide a store credit or refund only if the product is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. We do not provide a refund for incorrect size.
Customers must make the return within 14 days.
Please note that each item is individually assessed by our staff prior to packaging, if you choose to return the item shipping is at own cost to buyer.
Please be careful when trying on your items not to mark them with makeup, fake tan, deodorant or perfumes as we will not provide a store exchange or credit if the above occurs.

At White haven we thoroughly check each item before being shipped out to you. In the rare occasion that there is a manufacturing fault we will provide a refund.
